Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase only if the item received is damaged or faulty. If you wish to return a product for any other reason, please email us with your specific reason, and our customer service team will review your request.
Once your return is approved, our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us
Email our customer service within 30 days of your purchase to request a return authorization and the return shipping address. - Repackage Your Order
Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original condition. Be sure to include: - A copy of your proof of purchase(order confirmation or receipt)
- All original accessories, tags, and packaging materials
- Ship the Package
Take your package to your local post office or courier service and ship it to the address we provide.
Please keep the shipping receipt as proof of return. - Send Us the Shipping Receipt
Email us a clear copy of the shipping receipt. We will issue your refund only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Additional Notes:
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or faulty.
- We do not accept returns without prior approval.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please use a tracked shipping method whenever possible.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
